Client Win #1 - Innate Immune Drug Development Company based in Ireland
This company is focused on novel therapeutic approaches to key targets of the innate immune system associated with a wide range of major human diseases, including autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, transplant rejection, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease and atherosclerosis.
Their lead compound is a 'first-in-class' fully humanized monoclonal antibody inhibiting Toll-like receptor 2, which has a compelling role in Ischemia Reperfusion Injury related indications such as Delayed Graft Function in solid organ transplantation and myocardial infarct as well as in Oncology and Autoimmune Diseases. The company has recently completed a €36 million Series C financing round with an international investor consortium.
The client has appointed Aagami to help them find partner(s) in India for Licensing and/or Co-development with large potential in pancreatic cancer, Gastric cancer, MDS and Myocardial Infarction/STEMI.
