Results
- Client was taken over by a larger Pharma from Europe. In-licensing was not the priority of the new owner.
- Aagami despite of its best efforts and bringing the two companies to finalize Term Sheet had to relinquish the deal.
- Aagami succeeded to deliver as promised, although the deal was abandoned by the client.
