The client wished to acquire companies as a part of their expansion strategy. They especially wanted companies based out of Japan and India.

  • Researched over 200 companies in India and Japan across various parameters as Annual revenue, EBITDA, Team size, facilities etc.

  • A precise summary report was submitted that presented the Top 10 acquisition targets in India and Japan that fit the requirement criteria
