Aagami will support development of a breakthrough life-saving drug to treat alcohol poisoning of a client from Israel. Along with our associates we shall leverage combined strengths to take the client offering to various geographies.

The client is a woman led; Israel based company. Currently, no medication exists that can reduce a person’s Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC); to prevent death and/or irreversible damage to vital organs. Today tens of thousands die in the US alone from alcohol poisoning, with many others damaging their vital organs which will burden the healthcare services for decades to come.

• Client has developed a breakthrough drug which is a detoxification “antidote” that rapidly reduces (50% reduction in 30 mins) the Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC).
• Drug is administered through IV route and works in the bloodstream reducing the BAC in a safe, controlled and efficient manner.
• The treatment fulfils all the criteria of FDA for the fast track approval.
• IP Rights: 2 Patent Applications, more in the pipeline
• Client has achieved proof of concept in animal studies and in-vitro human blood studies.
