Aagami has been appointed to advise a Mid-West US Pharma for commercial arrangements such as raising investment capital, licensing, and other forms of partnering.

 

Our client is a Milwaukee WI based pharmaceutical company focused on development of a non-narcotic treatment for pain using a unique lipid molecule. Their lead asset is a First-in-Class Non-Opioid Analgesic for Pain Relief.

 

In this assignment, Aagami will be collaborating with a global independent, middle-market investment bank, also appointed by the client. We will jointly work for achieving the goals and objectives of the client.
